Exploring layout options, scale, light, circulation and the relationship between new and existing spaces.

— Planning
Preparing the drawings and supporting information required for a planning application or Certificate of Lawfulness.

— Technical design
Developing the agreed design into detailed Building Regulations drawings and coordinating structural information where required.

— Moving towards construction
Issuing the technical drawing package and providing additional design and drawing support during construction, where agreed.
